Some medications, such as narcotics, cannot be filled through home delivery from the Express Scripts Pharmacy.

The plan will fill prescriptions at out-of-network pharmacies under certain circumstances as described in our Evidence of Coverage. Members may use any of our 66,000 network pharmacies (retail and home delivery), but costs may be lower at a pharmacy offering preferred cost-sharing. Those who receive low-income subsidy assistance (Extra Help) pay the same copayments as set by Medicare at any network pharmacy.
